Reformer Pilates
The Pilates Reformer uses a smooth-gliding carriage, adjustable springs, and straps to create controlled, intelligent resistance. The result is a full-body workout that builds deep strength, improves posture and flexibility, and increases body awareness, all without stress on your joints.
What is the Reformer?
Unlike mat exercises that rely on bodyweight alone, the Reformer adds spring resistance that can be adjusted to suit your level exactly. This makes it one of the most versatile and effective pieces of Pilates equipment available, equally well-suited to injury rehabilitation, athletic training, and everyday fitness.
Who is Reformer Pilates for?
Our small group Reformer classes are suitable for all levels. Teachers adapt every session to the individuals in the room. Reformer Pilates is particularly well suited if you are managing back pain or postural issues, returning from injury, looking to complement another sport or training programme, or simply want a smarter, more effective full-body workout.
What to expect in a class
Sessions are intentionally small so that every person in the room receives genuine individual attention. You will never feel lost or overlooked. Come wearing comfortable clothing you can move in freely and we will take care of everything else.

Matwork Pilates
Classical Matwork brings you back to the foundations of Pilates. Using just your bodyweight, it builds genuine core strength, improves balance and flexibility, and teaches you to move with control and precision. It is one of the most enduring and effective forms of exercise there is.
Classical Matwork
Traditional, structured, and precise. This class follows the classical Pilates sequence and is ideal for those who want to develop a thorough grounding in the original method.
Mixed ability
Accessible and adaptable, this class welcomes all levels of experience. Whether you are completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, you will work at exactly the right level for you with clear guidance throughout.
Older adults
This class is designed specifically for those who want to stay active, mobile, and independent as they get older. Gentle, focused, and full of encouragement, it centres on mobility, balance, strength, and the kind of community that keeps people coming back week after week.
